Day 1490 | Water Fasting Sunday & Walk

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

I managed to make Sunday into a full water fasting day while also going on a 135 Minute walk in the early afternoon. This now got my weight down to 67.3kg which is nice progress to see in that regard. I still have 2 weeks to go on my hot yoga challenge with another session planned today. I also aim to go on a morning run before re-introducing food followed by doing some reps on Monday. Overall I'm in a good flow and getting in plenty activity allowed me to drop some weight despite not always eating fully clean.
