Day 1363 | Indoor Friday

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

After getting my booster shot on Thursday I feared to get a fever and a bit sick like many do but I luckily didn't have any of those side effects. I did sleep quite bad being awake around 04:00 already eventually getting back to bed and out of it passed 11:00. I also wouldn't have worked to go for runs or anything else active so I made it into a slow indoor friday. The Belgian League started again so there will be more football matches again from here on out to take up my time and fill my days.
