Day 1357 | Chocolate Cheat Day

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

I had a first day this year where I kind of cracked having a cheat day eating quite some chocolate. I'm a sucker for deals in the supermarket and trying out new products and those 2 were combined this week with a new snickers bar and Maltesers Chocloate. I gave into the temptation but kept it at just that and didn't go wild on unhealthy stuff aside from that and I will keep it at just this day (or at least try to). My legs are still hurting from destroying them 2 days ago doing deadlifts and lunges but I think they should be fine again tomorrow. I plan to make sunday into another family day.
