Day 1355 | Tennis Thursday

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

I'm feeling quite good at the moment after eating healthy for a full 6 days also tryin to be more active. On Thursday as usual, I played tennis which was really enjoyable. I'm also doing a couple daily reps and will be ramping those up while continuing to go on short morning runs also. In the next couple of days I will try to focus to get my weight down below 70kg again.
