Day 1350 | Morning Run, Water & Soup

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

I would say it was a disciplined first day of the year where I was awake quite early with the weather being good to go on a short monring run. I also stuck to eating soup and a banana during the day while picking up my water drinking again. 2.5 liter to be exact. My finger I cut a piece out of a couple weeks ago while cooking also almost fully healed already and I was relatively productive on the day doing quite some crypto bookkeeping. I know that it will be a challenge to keep all of this up but I will at least try. I had a long and good night of sleep also.
