치즈를 만들어 보고싶어 유튜브를 찾아보니 아주 간단한 방법이 있네요.
재료:우유2리터,계란3개,무가당요그르트2개
계란 3개에 요그르트 2개를 잘 섞어서 놓습니다.
2리터의 우유에 소금을 조금넣고 끓여줍니다.
우유가 끓기 시작하면 계란과 요그르트 섞은것을 넣어서 잘 저어줍니다.
몽글몽글 치즈덩어리가 생기면
면보자기에 덜어놓고 물기를 짜주면
단백하고 고소한 치즈가 탄생합니다.
