Hey Actifit frens! Had a very busy day today at work and got a bunch of steps in while running around the office. I took my dog for a nice walk at lunch today which was good and got me a bunch more steps. Then after work I had to go to watch my son’s first baseball game so I did not have time for an elliptical before my show which is totally fine. It was a hilarious experience. Anyways hope y’all had a great day!
