Got an early start given the busy day ahead so went to the gym for a workout. It did seem a bit cloudy but went for the long route to return anyway. A few minutes in, a bit of rain started to dropped. I then took a couple of shortcuts and started to jog back.
It was good to get some cardio done but sacrificed some activity aling the way. This made me remain quite active between meetings in order to get enough paces in for the daily goal.
