My breathing is better now and I am able to walk and do my daily stuff easily.
I have noticed that this time my breathing issues did not last long as I have been very active for the past one year.
I had seriously started taking care of my health last year in November and December.
It is almost a year and I feel much healthier. I have not reached my yearly health goals yet but it is okay as I am much better than I was a year ago.
The last time I did a full body examination was in August this year. My vitals are okay, but I need to work harder to get them better.
One thing that I need to keep in check is my food. I still struggle.
