요즘 아침마다 먹고있는 주먹밥입니다.
다이어터를 위한 간편한끼에요.
단백질도 들어가있고 칼로리도 낮답니다.

아침에 한개먹으면 든든해요.
내일도 또 먹을예정입니다. 오늘은 따로 운동은 하지않았고, 점심시간에 점심먹으러갔다가 커피사러 갔다오면서 걸은게 답니다^^

내일은 pt수업이 있을예정이고 등운동을하네요!
