日常吐槽一下

当对领导失望了，是一种什么样的感受？

今天与室友聊天，聊着工作，变得唉声叹气，从公司体质，公司文化，到个人素养，管理方式，一一说了一些，室友以前也是管理出来的，也换过几个大公司，对比出来，有吐不完的槽，每个人的管理方式不一样，不可能照顾到每一个员工，但是能让一个班组的人员吐槽，也实属不易呀。

昨天下午在我们大约52kM的海上发生了6.7级地震，我就在配电间里打扫卫生，深深的感受到大地颤动，我是真的感受到害怕，带上印尼同事跑出了电缆夹层配电间，来到空地，许久都不敢再进入厂房，今天领导居然说我没有关电缆夹层门，我给他说了昨天的情况，居然给我来了一句，不管什么理由，必须得关门，我心中有一万个个草泥马🐴万马奔腾呀，真的失望透顶了，电缆夹层没关门很重要？你是事后诸葛亮知道昨天没有余震，那当时的情况谁敢保证？现在去关一下不可以？我真的对他的态度失望透顶，一想明年还要与他一起共事一年，不敢想象呀。

只能用自私形容了，太注重自己的职位，太把我们当儿戏了，如果不再做出改变，我感觉我不适合在他下面工作了。
