.大头鱼汤

今天买了大头鱼，顾名思义，大头鱼就是头特别大，用来做剁椒鱼头肯定非常不错的，但是只有半边太少了，干脆就来个鱼头汤吧。
这个汤除了放鱼头，还放了豆腐和鸡蛋。都说放白开水去煮汤就会很白，我这次用的是冷水汤色一样是奶白色的呢。最后再撒点葱花进去，完美。
