Since my childhood days, I have been opportuned to share in consuming this fruit from time to time. In all those times, I've always eaten it just like every other kid. Not until recently did I learn not just the English name but also the health benefits.
Inside it is yellowish in some and whitish in others depending on the specie. The white colour ones are usually different in shape, having straight like form whereas the yellowish ones are usually oval in shape.
