How are you all? I hope you all are fit and fine. After a short gap again, I am here;
with another class of my food tutorial.
There are several things that we can learn and understand from this tutorial;
about the value of foods that we eat regularly.
Before sharing some valuable information regarding the essential foods and why should take them;
let me inform you that though several modern technics invented;
and some of them impacted our diet habits too.
People nowadays make carbohydrates a villain, and often they like to compensate for carbs from their diet chart.
But that is an incorrect concept.
Our body and brain need everything to work properly;
So, before taking anything on your diet, we must understand three things foremost:-
Our Age:- That is important while taking any kind of food. Our body needs different types of food at different ages. Kids need some food that helps them to grow and develop brains. Adults need other essential food for erosion prevention of bones and muscles.
Our Weight:- We should take food according to our body weight. Everyone needs to consume calories according to their body weight.
Our Lifestyle:- Our food depends on our lifestyle. Like those who are attached to sports or any work that needs physical strength, their food habit will be different from those who are attached to office work.
There are several crucial elements that our food contains within them.
Some of them are:- vitamins, minerals, water, fat, protein, and carbohydrates. Apart from that, Omega-3 fatty acids are also important for our body.
1.vitamins:- In my previous class I discussed the importance of vitamins in our body and also discussed which food helps us to convey those vitamins to us.
Now people added different supplements that contain multivitamins and that can be used to maintain the apertures.
But as I said that I always believe in the natural source of getting every essential thing for the body.
As per vitamin concern, we are bound to take some medicine because several vitamins can be intact through them only.
No food provides every essential vitamin so if we get to intact each vitamin we have to include several things in our diet and in that case some supplement is useful.
2.Minerals:- Another crucial micronutrient is minerals for our body because minerals perform different roles in our body.
Apart from carbs we also avoid sodium but it helps to keep our muscles and nerves working precisely.
In Humans 99 percent of body calcium is found in teeth and bones. In the earlier tutorial, I mentioned that we can get calcium from leafy greens, dairy foods, and fish.
3.Water:- We all know that water has another name called life. We can sustain without food for a couple of days but can't sustain without water.
Because water makes up 60% of the adult human body.
To keep ourselves healthy we must keep our body hydrated from the inside and for that, we must drink sufficient water along with fruits that contain high water.
Those who live in a hot region release water faster than people in cold regions. So according to the weather, we need to keep our bodies hydrated.
4.Fat:- Those people suffering from obesity may be shocked to hear that fat is also necessary for our body.
There are two types of fats, good fats, and bad fats. Let me tell you good fats help to burn bad fats.
I will discuss it in another tutorial. Fat helps to protect our organs and boosts the absorption of vitamins. Nuts, avocado, and salmon are some examples of good fats.
5.Protein:- To form muscles to create new enzymes and hormones protein is the paramount element for our body. Proteins build small blocks in cells, and they are known as amino acids.
There are 20 types of amino acids. But nine amino acids become more important to support your nutritional intake and make up for any deficiencies.
6.Carbohydrate:- At the start of the tutorial, I mentioned that in modern days young people think that if they want to be in shape;
then they must avoid carbs, but that is a completely wrong concept.
Carbs are the most crucial for proper body function. Carbs are broken down into glucose, and that is our brain and body's main fuel.
It also helps to ensure that our body is not cracking down proteins to gain energy, preventing loss of muscle mass.
Grains, fruits, and vegetables are complex carbs and good for health.
That's all for today. I hope this class also helps you to understand the value of different foods. So, stay healthy and blessed.
