Issues that I encountered In Newcomers Community this week,

• I found one fake account this week and I gave her a KIV badge.

• Before verifying Newcomers I will check on their wallets. So far most of them are powering up and joining the #club5050, but there are also who are not joining any club or not making any power-up. That is one of the reasons why they failed to receive the steemcurator03 upvote.

I realized to make some changes and improvements to the way I checked posts and to be more focused on encouraging Newcomers to be active and shared some bits of advice so that they will feel comfortable while doing the Steemit thing.
