Hi friends, this time I will share a photo of the snail that I took with my smartphone.
The snail is the common name given to members of the mollusk class Gastropods (stomach-legged animals). In a narrow sense, "snail" is a gastropod that has a coiled shell in its adult stage.

However, some people consider snails to be disgusting animals, it turns out that these slimy animals have very high nutritional content, including 100 grams of snail meat which has high nutritional content, about 12 percent protein, 217 milligrams of calcium, low cholesterol, 81 grams of water, and the rest contains energy, protein, calcium, carbohydrates, and phosphorus.
We encounter many snails in humid places, but when the rainy season arrives, we find very many snails everywhere, such as on tree branches and grass. In contrast to the case of the dry season, we are very difficult to find.

  • Increase endurance
  • Good for bones

In other words, this proves that snails are a good source of minerals for consumption even though some people consider snails to be disgusting animals. Enough information that I have shared, hopefully it will be useful for all friends. Thank you
