The recipe of delicious chicken karahi in my style and one of my favourite dish. Read the post for the details about the ingredients. The proce of ingredients and the steps of it.

Hello beautiful food lover. Here I am presenting the yummy karahi in my style. There are many types of karahi but today I'll be writing about koila chicken karahi. Karahis are actually originated in Peshawar as per Google. In Pakistan people usually eat it with the naan, roti or paratha as well. It's one of my favourite dishes as I've already mentioned. I love white karahi the most. I tried koila karahi this time because my mama don't like white karahi. Let's get into the recipe and steps now.

PROCEDURE OF THE RECIPE

STEP 1
IMG_20220427_180826.jpgIMG_20220427_181123.jpgIMG_20220427_181941.jpg

Step one is to grind tomatoes, onions, ginger garlic paste and green chillies. After making a smooth past of all the things, we will pour it in the pan where we have already taken 1 kg Chicken. We will cook it in a slow to medium flame. I grind the things because it becomes easy to cook in my opinion.

STEP 2
IMG_20220427_181934.jpgIMG_20220427_182047.jpgIMG_20220427_182344.jpg

Step 2 is to add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt according to your own taste. Then cover the pot and cook on a medium flame for 15 minutes. I set a timer of 15 minutes usually. After removing the lid you can see. It would look like the picture below.

STEP 3
IMG_20220427_184551.jpgIMG_20220427_185021.jpgIMG_20220427_184605.jpg

Add the coriander powder and zeera powder in the pot and cook it for 4-5 minutes on a high flame. Then add 2-3 TSP of yogurt in it and cook it until the water of the yogurt will evaporate.

STEP 4
IMG_20220427_190257.jpgIMG_20220427_190202.jpgIMG_20220427_185439.jpg

We will cut the green chilies, garlic and coriander leaves for garnishing. Then add it into the pot along with the chili flakes and black pepper powder in it. It would enhance the taste of the recipe. Now on the other hand red hot the coal and in a disposable plate put that coal into the pot and cover with the lid. Cook on a low flame for 4-5 minutes and your dish is ready to eat. You can see the final look below.

Hello @vvarishayy friend, I love chicken recipes.
This recipe reminded me of a similar recipe that we make in Venezuela called Chicken Tarkari, we also make it with chicken or goat.

I love your post.

Its a very common dish for us, but you are saying this is quite unique we will surely try this one. Yet i also engage in this community made a Chicken white karahi do check that! Well i am not promoting my dish.......😂

wow I loved this entry you are so beautiful and the recipe looks really professional and delicious, I wish to you good luck and blessings on this new challenge.

Stewed tomatoes and freshly chopped coriander provide a special freshness to this chicken recipe, in my opinion. I loved it; we have similar dishes in my town but we hardly use these delicious spices in our daily cooking. Personally, I'd love to try this dish (koila or white, any would be good for me).

Thanks for sharing your practical recipe with us, @vvarishayy. And good luck in the Challenge :)
