Greetings everyone and to all food lovers here in @steemfoods community.

Many of us loves to eat Adobo either Beef or Chicken Adobo. Here in the Philippines, Adobo is very popular to all Filipinos and in fact many foriegners loves to eat this kind of food also. This is very expensive in different kind of eateries and in also restaurants. There are also many kinds of style of cooking adobo.

Today, let me share my style on how to cook adobo in a simpliest way. Everytime I brought some chicken meat or beef, I will immediately cook it in adobo dish.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Beef meat/ Pork Meat or Chicken Meat
  • Garlic
  • Onions
  • Soy sauce
  • Salt
  • Other seasonings
  • Ginger
  • Chilli paper
  • Cooking oil

The first thing I do was to marinated the meat. I add soy sauce and a right amout of vinegar. I marinated it for 20 minutes so that it will absorb the taste to the meat.

Chopped onions.

Chopped Ginger

Chopped the onions, garlic and ginger in a tiny pieces so that it will cook easily. Heat the cooking oil and after that add the onions, garlic and ginger, sauted it until it comes the aroma.

Next, add the marinated meat and mix it very well so it will balance the taste and all of meat will be cook. If you are not satisfied with the taste, just add a small and right amount of salt or soy sauce.

Cook it until the meat will be soft and turn into brownish color.
