When we dance we connect with that child that we all carry inside and we feel free and with great joy, this is how children always feel, when you dance always enjoy that moment.

      Desde niños en los colegios siempre nos han inculcado valores y también hemos aprendido la importancia de participar en actividades culturales. Esto siempre nos deja un hermoso recuerdo y nos ayuda a comprender cuánto podemos aprender mientras nos socializamos. Es importante brindarle a los niños mucha seguridad, incluso desde el hogar, porque es desde allí donde ellos comienzan a vencer todos sus miedos. Cuando bailamos nos conectamos con ese niño que todos llevamos por dentro y nos sentimos libres y con mucha alegría, así se sienten siempre los niños, cuando bailes siempre disfrúta ese momento.

      Para bailar siempre debes sentirte con ánimo. El baile expresa el lenguaje coorporal, en donde está en movimiento todos nuestros huesos y musculos lo cual nos ayuda a estar más saludables, ya que al bailar producimos la hormona de la felicidad, esta se denomina "serotonina". Es interesante saber esto porque si antes no lo sabías, mientras bailamos esta hormona comienza a producirse desde los intestinos y a la vez nuestro cerebro se mantiene activo y oxigenandose.

Cuando no te sientas feliz, te recomiendo primeramente que busques tu paz interior, luego podrás hacer cualquier tipo de actividades de manera tranquila, pero toma el baile como una terapia y verás que te sentirás mejor.

      Cuando bailamos nuestro cuerpo suelta mucha energía y una de las cosas que te ayudan a rendir más tiempo al bailar es sentirte cómodo. Esto logrará mantenerte más concentrado y también disfrutarás del baile con más agrado.
