We are quick to judge ourselves and others. We don't even notice that we're doing it, either. Self-judgment drives us to seek approval from others, then resent those very same people that we're trying to impress. Other judgment drives us into constant battles with our neighbors, coworkers, and loved ones, only to find ourselves becoming more and more disconnected from the world around us.
