Today is the last day of February. February pasts very rapidly every year.

In February, I ran 239 km collectively in 9 real running workouts and 1 race. And I ran 39 km collectively on treadmill in 8 hypoxic trainings.



On 9th February, I ran a half marathon in the UNICEF Cup Kobe Valentine Love Run and improved my personal best. It was a good event.

But there was a bad news, too. On 20th February, the cancellation of the Tamba-Sasayama Marathon which would be held on 1st March was decided, because of spreading of the novel coronavirus. I lost the opportunity to run in the biggest race in this race season of mine.

So I decided to hold a solo full marathon race all by myself and run alone, instead of the Tamba-Sasayama Marathon. Tomorrow is the day of the solo marathon.

Just today, I received a commemorative T-shirts and a pamphlet sent from the exective committee of the Tamba-Sasayama Marathon. They were supposed to be given to the participants of the marathon tomorrow.



I will run my solo marathon with wearing this T-shirts tomorrow.


Full Marathon : 2:58'09" ( The 28th Ako-Gishi Marathon, 1st December 2019 )
Half Marathon : 1:18'40" ( 2020 UNICEF CUP KOBE VALENTINE LOVE RUN, 9th February 2020 )
